Issuance and proof of claims

and non reusable

Once claims are issued on one identity they are saved into an issuer’s claims database and structured in the merkle tree of this database, and the associated data of the claim is encrypted and saved onto IPFS or other repository that the user chooses, so that the information is distributed and accessible for external requests.

The process for a third party to validate these claims is based on reference and a query to the issuer’s database asking for a specific claim and reading the associated data so the validator can execute the corresponding merkle proofs or zero knowledge proof and check that the claim is valid and correctly signed by the issuer.
